ADB sideloading isn't disabled on the x40's though. And once another launcher is sideloaded, it's a simple matter of installing another file...
RM should consider disabling sideloading if they don't want anyone bypassing their paltry restrictions.

If you use a 3rd party system explorer, you should be able to pull the launcher APK with no problem.
