Thanks for the heads up, I hate phone interviews that’s why it has been sitting in my email
I also got the same email I applied a while back I am curious if anyone has info about the hiring process and pay in the southeast
You dedicated or OTR
This is the same pay package they have in Atlanta I am not sure about the rest of the southeast
Maxes out at $26/hr after 5 yrs according to a local heniff driver both companies pay very similarly its just differences in the pay structure
On the chemical side I’m sure they pay better but KAG does cryo and fuel hauling and a lot more
Yea heniff got some really nice trucks, I just hope the guys without experience don’t get shafted
There is actually two fuel hauling trailers on the OC yard in Houston seems like a dedicated account I’m not sure where they haul to
They send the assignments last minute

Heniff is actually a really good like superior company from what I’ve heard, just different pay structures
Wow I wonder how the pay is going to be affected because heniff is percentage pay right.
What I think happens is that they hire too many people and they don’t have the freight to keep all of them moving. They are the only tanker outfit...
I think everyone gets good runs those first few weeks then you get pushed to the side. I made $1400 my first week and I think $1650 my third week...
Not trying to burst your bubble but you probably will be sitting at OCs waiting on loads quite a bit, ain’t no way you’re gonna be hitting 2 grand...
Why car hauling in particular?
Schneider’s compartments usually go to different customers and from my experience they never schedule comp1 to be delivered first
100% correct I spoke to one of my friends who is an IC today and they have shafting him on pay because he never said anything
Crazy I never heard anyone saying they don’t get paid for trailer moves you definitely should
#### that’s crazy are you a local or on dedicated Acc?
