    I was able to check the pressure at the correct port, video shows it all. I unplugged random sensors on the engine and the CEL didn't illuminate....

    Thanks for the info. Crazy he gets the same thing I get when I try and pull the engine codes. It says ecm not present or malfunctioned on the TIM....

    Fuel is new. I drain what was in the tank, however it didn't look bad.

    24.5v. I haven't load tested them. From what I read, the ecm accepts both 12v or 24v. The ecm also looks original, the painted bolts look untouched.
