After searching google it’s obvious they’ve done this to a lot of companies and sending these same generic emails with these false violations.
They stopped replying to our emails after saying their decision was final. They’re not interested in showing us proof of this investigation.

It’s 2023..is anyone else Amazon relay acct terminated or suspended for false accusations?
When we first questioned Amazon relay about the suspension this was the reply:
