well after doing some research and not finding very much and taking the job here is my experience so far....orientation was one day at there west...
i believe the otr trucks are o/o leased on with them...ive seen the nice and crappy ones but i think they pay 1099 though..buts its your choice
whenever i see them at a plant there trucks always look like they are about to fall apart..lol..we have a couple of drivers that came from there...

drivers stay away unless you like to be underpaid..drive crappy trucks and pull trailers that should be in the scrap yard along with the trucks...

I seen some hillybillys around here pulling a dolly with a 40ft dry van hooked to a 70ish 1/2 ton chevy truck...so a 3/4 or one ton should do it...
