Just a word of advice to you guys coming in , if you want LTL make sure that is on your contract when you sign it , If kllm gets you on truckload...

so far things still going ok .... not much has changed on the ltl side of things since the kllm deal ..... think I am going to switch lease over...

they have a few new drivers at bridgeview haven't really talked to them to find out if they went through academy

I am in ltl now ---- they moved me over from truckload I didn't ask for it ,I was told they hand picked around 75 drivers from truckload to move...
ltl is where its at man , plenty more $$$$ if you hustle

kllm also has a structured mileage rate so short trips pay more --- we have that but its for ltl loads not truckload
