You better hurry up then, WPX, SFY and BTU are on there way back up.
Everyone rags on Swift, but SFY Swift Energy climbed a lot last year, I just re bought some. And Peabody should climb too, WPX is a gamble right now.
Gold stocks are crazy now, NG, Novagold is on a tear now, as is Rubicon, RBY, which makes day trading these almost impossible.

I bought my first fuel mizer back in '05, then upgraded in '09 to keep my daily driver fuel costs down. About the time the big fuel price spike hit in '07/'08 I bought an eight liter Dodge p/u to get to work on snowy days and play in the mud. When I did drive it, it cost a pretty penny, but I had my fuel-sipping daily driver to ease the pain. When the recession hit and everyone was #####ing about how much their 401k's value had dropped, I just cranked up my contribution percentage. Buy low, sell high, right? Amazing how many people can't see the real-world application of that saying.

I sure like to hear what Boone Pickens says when he talks on Cavuto. He sure pays a ton in taxes Guys like him employ Thousands of people. I'm sure enjoying the lower fuel prices I don't think they will last for very long have you noticed that politicians are already trying to add on more taxes to fuel.

I'll have to find that case but the courts just ruled ( farmers and ranchers vs. LCRA and the City of Austin over the Edwards Aquifer ) that the water underneath the ranchers land is his and all his......that these entities can't claim eminent domain and ownership of the water ( for city sale and use ).

See the LCRA and the city were running low because of the drought and sought to restrict the farmers use so the water could be sold and so they could meet contractual obligations to deliver.......

Seems the greedy idiots sold millions of CF to other cities, industrial customers etc. and when the drought hit....hmmm no water in the aquifer or actually levels dropping faster than replenishment.

I'll find it for you if you want....
