He is 100% right, taking the Driver out is the Holy Grail for the plaintiffs' attorneys they will have big fat rich tec and software companies to go after. With lots of deep pockets because big tec share a lot of code from lots of different companies to make that one piece of software work.

 

Nah, big tech has big lawyers, too expensive to fight them.... easier to bend over the little guy.....

 

I would agree with you for cases involving patents and copyrights but Personal Injury Cases are all about the local home town good ol boys trying cases and "home towing the attorneys" from out of town. PI cases are also relatively cheap to litigate the local guys will use the local Docs that preform well on the stand and already they will have them locked up and on the payroll for multiple cases.
