We are looking for reliable and motivated drivers and owner operators to join our team!
QUALIFICATIONS:
✔Class A CDL license
✔Stable & verifiable work history
✔No felonies for past 5 years
✔No more than three moving violations for the past three years
✔ One year of verifiable CDL class A driving experience
✔Need to pass pre-employment DOT drug test
✔Company provides paid flatbed training for professional drivers "500.00$/week" (must have commercial truck driving experience)

PAY & BENEFITS FOR DRIVERS:
Great Pay - Earn up to $0.70 per mile or 30% of gross pay. All miles paid (empty and loaded) Tarp - $50. Extra stop - $50. Layover - $100. Paid Detention - $20 after two hours. Partial - $200

• 2800 - 3200 miles per week

• Opportunity to Gross over $2000 weekly (85-100k yearly)

PAY & BENEFITS for OWNER OPERATORS:

• OWNER OPERATORS Receive 85% from gross pay

• $25.000 - $35.000 Gross income per month

• Average rate $2.50 per mile

• We can help you to rent trailer for $800/month

Yes we offer training for flatbed and Conestoga trailers. We deliver to 48 states so across the whole US. We do not have any set routes that drivers go to on daily bases but we do have routes that repeat every one or two weeks. Hope that helped!

 

As for the training, yes we do team you up with a driver and he will train you as long as you need it. If you start working with us we will get you home to Texas every two weeks for three days.

 

Yes, we do offer long and short route options. We hire owner operators but they drive under our authority. At this time, we have no lease options available, however we plan to start leasing soon.

 

1) We use 1099 form.
2) Yes, our owners are Ukrainian but with a US citizenship.
3) We will keep trucking ELD.
4) Yes, training is $500/week for drivers with CDL but with no flatbed experience. You will need to drive as a team during this time and it takes approximately 3-4 weeks.
5) Currently, we don't have any lease options available but we plan to in the near future.
