'01 T800 Electrical Mystery

I have to second BoxCarKidd Ditch the meter and use sealed beam head lamp. If you T/S works that means you wiring from switch to light is good. You meter might show voltage but you are not getting enough amps to turn the light on. And like TechPl said make sure you get the correct switch because of pins location.Your T/S switch has one input from brake switch and two out put one for left and another for right..Check and double check your T/S switch..
