Help me please! I have searched and searched and can't find a post to help me. 2002 9400i, Heater blower motor quit working. I checked the fuses, only found one "breaker"; it had not tripped. I replaced the blower motor and resistor. still dosen't work. When i move the fan speed dial, I hear clicking from a relay behind the glove box. I need to know what else to check. Am I missing something? I am at the end of my rope, and my feet are cold. Thanks in advance.

Here is lots of information for you;

Could be the resistor if it has one. I had a car do that to me before
-
The resistor only effects the lower speeds. High speed is direct 12 volts through different circuits.

I found my problem. Hi speed fan relay (bottom, 2nd from left) socket melted.
Is this socket base replacable, or do I have to replace the whole fuse panel? -
Those little socket blocks are replaceable. They interlock like Legos so you will have take a lot apart, but it is doable. Part number for the little block is 0593385C1
silver dollar Thanks this. -
