I have a new mirror assembly, do I need to take off the door panel to get to the bolts or are they all removeable from the outside? 2 bolts and two torx.

80% sure you don't have to remove interior, I think those are threaded holes. Been a long time since I changed one.

Alright, if that's the case it might be fun, it's a corroded mess.

A trick that works sometimes is the hit the head of the screw or bolt straight on with a punch and hammer. This shocks the threads to break up the corrosion.

    Pool6710 Thanks this.

Got them all out, just used some pb blaster on the two bolts and the 4 T-45s came out like butter despite how horrible it looked.
