Little miss like trash in filters so I changed them, but didn't help then truck started dying and finally has gotten were it cranks every once in a while. Had a friend pull codes and it said 2-6 injecters down but he said he didn't believe it cause when it was running it was too smooth, it almost acts like its running out of fuel but has plenty of pressure at filters. My mechanic friend says he doesn't think its the computer cause he said he can read codes and clear them out and 99 percent of time if its the computer you can't do either, He thinks its a bad sensor or a short some where I just don't know where to start and just looking for some ideas (430 cat. c-12)

The newer Cat's really don't seem to like anything other than Cat High Efficiency filters. They also had an issue with the Fuel filter housing not flowing enough fuel-had a "product improvment" bulletin on those I beleive

Do not know age and mileage on truck but things to look for are low fuel pressure. Needs to be around 80/100 psi. if it is 40 or lower will cause problems. bypass Primary filter (suction) to see if it sucking air, check for plugged return line. Then go after electronics, I do not think any sensor will gine these symptoms but ck under valve cover wiring.
