04 ISX 475 boost fluctuation in high gears

Well its not fixed. Looks like 8 month old turbo went out. Original lasted 750k, last one that was reman lasted 785k and this reman lasted only 90k miles. Thanks cummins for such a geat job on rebuild turbo
I was doing 65 on I-70 30 miles befor Denver and soon as i heard snap and turbo whining and i pulled over. Pulled intake hose and looks like bearing is bad. It have a lot of up/down and left/right play but fins didnt broke. I can spin it by hand but turbo wont make any boost at idle. Looks like accuator is in closed position at idle and open when truck is shut of. Oil pressuere is good so turbo was lubricated. Maybe this is why i had some leakes on front covers, and valve cover gasket. I bet turbo had a lot blow by so it blow a lot of gaskets on engine that was replacled 2 years ago or 250k miles when i did inframe. Waiting on tow truck to be towed to Kenworth in Commerce City. I hope they dont find any more bad sh%t, these last a few monts were tough on repairs

 

Im pushing 38psi with new Holset at 27f and light load. Much quicker spool with this one
