05,9400,isx,cm870. no codes. Intermittent throttle response after shifting to hi range. works fine in lo range. However,sitting in the shop everything works fine but insite shows 15sec delay for tps,cruise on/off,clutch release/depressed. Insttalled a test ecm. no change. clutch does not kick off cruise or hi idle. only brake pedal will. Stop eng light flickers.
