I actually don't know, but I think the program is around $800, then you need an interface box to connect the computer to the truck and they are around $300 and up. I know there are "light" or basic versions too that only allow you to look at stuff and no able to program anything for less money. The Cummins website doesn't list any prices that I see. I will try to find out tomorrow.

seems to have fixed itself, working fine as of this morning, go figure...
maybe a bad wire or ground er sumpthin... -
Fill the air line going to fan clutch with air tool oil. That's the short version, but it worked on my truck.
-
I have the same problem but I get 11 volts on the solenoid
switch. Does that make a difference? -
I had this issue on the 9400i I had before my present truck. Was the connection where the air line for the fan clutch connected to the controller by the fire wall. Simple connection replace and all things were fine for the rest of the time I had the truck.
-
I fix it by spraying contact cleaner in all the connection.

Roy, did you get your fan issue resolved? My 2012 KW ISX won't disengage. Theres 2 volts while truck is running then 12 volts when engine is stopped and key is ON.
