Yes you can just run a power source with a fuse from one of the spare spaces in the fuse boxolddog_newtricks Thanks this.

There’s a more than likely chance that you can switch the inner door panels and keep you manual windows if wanted. Just a matter of setting them beside each other and taking them apart till they look the same, and reassembling one with the parts taken off the other.
Or you could run a ground and fused power wire to it like mentioned before.
Either way, it’ll work -
The door will fit but to have the window function you'll have to find a wiring schematic to find the wires for it.. if it doesn't have wires locate the hot lead into it and put an inline circuit breaker in
-
Or you can find a manual door regulator to replace the power regulator..they are most likely riveted in drill the rivets out and use screws of the same diameter with nylon locking nuts..make sure they're not too long as to cause interference with the mechanics of the window

Dont over compleciate this. If the new door is complete. Then it is a very small easy job, just run power to the regulator. Why would anyone want to convert a power window back to manuel?
-
Lots of reasons. 1. If the passenger side has a crank, I would make them match. 2, Although I’ve had manual regulators fail, it’s nowhere near as often, and I was always able to get the window back up until a replacement could be found. When the electric fail, there normally done, right where they stopped.

Ok all well and good. By I was referring to the OP asking if he could use the door he located.

Wouldn’t power need to be supplied to the switch? All other wiring from there on, already in place.Chances are the power source is already in the Trucks wiring, if you can find it. Then maybe need to add a fuse or breaker in appropriate location in panel.
