05 pete 379 tilt steering issue

My 05 379 tilt steering is stuc . It will telescope up and down fine but wont til .

So far I've removed and looked at everything. Tried pushing the latch manually incase the lever wasnt contacting it anymore and lubes it with wd 40. Unfortunately it's still not budgin .

So I remove the bottom bolt that hold the mechanism in but can get the top pin out, not sure if its pressed in or not, to tray and get the mechanism out and get a better look.

Anyone ever deal with this, is it a replaceable part or do I need a whole new column?

yes Ive tried rocking it working the lever also tried unlatching it with a screwdriver. Nothing works.

Guess its stuck where its at for now.
