nasriza, per your shop was advised to change boost pressure sensor/temp sensor. Got it replaced, will see if it makes any difference, check the pics old one looks "used"

O-Rings are only about 8 months old, but I will check them again. Boost pressure at the sensor, you mean vcads and test drive??? Or with a tool or something?

I mean with vcads because it is possible that you're charge air cooler has a leak even at high idle you should be able to see 2 or 3 psi boost but if you have a leak then you're getting nothing. Do you have any codes that show up on the dash at all

    Petrodude Thanks this.

Not a single code, that's whats weird. I'll take my laptop tomorrow and see what vcads show for boost pressure. I'll try to do a test under load... Also question, my truck gets beaten around the city here, should I be thinking about changing the turbo, its still original, truck has over 400000.

When it goes over 500k maybe but I think right now it's to soon if you replace the air filter regularly it should not be an issue

It looks ok see how this sensor works out and let me know if you're still having issues or see if you can bring the truck by the shop from what I see there it looks good
