06 Peterbilt 379 daycab

looking to buy myself a 379 daycab with somewhere between a 265"-280" wheel base and start a project with it. Finally learned that the peterbilts with kenworth style air cleaners were the 359s and I'd always loved that look of the air cleaner piping coming out the side with the shield in front. Only thing is, I'm not so much in favor of buying THAT old of a truck considering its an 80s peterbilt design and im looking more into the mid 2000's
There any way to get an 06 379 to look like a 359?
Truck posted is literally what Id be looking to do minus the loud color on it. Would be doing something around an OEM Ford Ruby red paint with a powdercoated frame and deck plate with alot of flake in it
