06 Volvo Ultrashift Problem

Looking for anyone with experience on the wiring on a ultrashift in a 06 VN. My wiring schematics are very incomplete. The problem is I have power cycling off to the coil on the ER3 relay. I can not find it in my schematic, I am trying to determine what is shutting the power down. It doesnt seem to be like a loose connection because it is about a half second on about a half second off. So it is cycling the relay. Any info on what powers this coil would be appreciated. Thanks
