Was told ICP was to low while cranking to start. Had to spray it to start and it would run fine until it was shut off. Need it back fast OK. It showed up from two miles away at idle. No throttle response.
Throttle not responding PID:91 FMI:7 Coolant temp erratic intermit PID110 FMI 2 Idle valid SW fail mode not identified SID:230 FMI 11
Air tested system and replaced left oil rail supply tube. It starts now but has to crank more than it should.
Throttle response returned, changed oil and filter. Throttle comes and goes now as it is ran more.
Diag equipment is limited as my Snap On OBD II won't hook up to it like the 6.0 in a Ford. Do not have an IHC card for my prolink but it will read fault codes? Fault Code on dash 25:1 612-14 P.
Any good suggests appreciated. @ Heavyd

If it cranks and cranks and cranks with a no start or very hard to start, if it is from low ICP, the warning light will come on. If no warning light, I would look at basic fuel pressure, should build to 20psi or better during cranking.

    BoxCarKidd Thanks this.

After a little more run time it starts fine, must of had some air in the system.
First thing today 91-7 and 110-2 came back. It had a long list at first not mentioned earlier.
Replaced throttle position sensor today, no change.
I know I am very limited in ability compared to someone with Diamond Logic and such but hate to work on a truck and have to have it towed to the dealer. I printed off a list off wiring tests to do but they are time consuming. Found my notes from 4,900 miles ago that the 25:1 and 612-14P were on it then. Also had someone else call me and tell me the ICP valve for that truck is in a rage under the seat. While you are working on it will you put it back in and I will come by and pick mine up.
So it went from needs juice to start because of low ICP while cranking, many people have and scan tool and basic information. To no throttle response and at least one other person has been working on it.
Would still like to fix it. Will start with going over the grounds, already been over the power supplies for batteries.
    Any good advise still appreciated.

91-7 is pedal position and IVS disagree. The ECM needs to see 12v at X4 pin 12 when pedal is pressed, and 0 volts in idle position. This wire is probably broke somewhere. Is this engine blue or black in colour? If blue it is an EGR 466, black is early Maxxforce DT. If blue, check the harness that runs along the top of intake horn on and by where the crank case breather bolts. We see it rubbed through around here all the time.

I don't have a 110-2, but all other 110 series is for coolant temp circuit or temp problems.

    QUALITYTRUCK and BoxCarKidd Thank this.

Heavyd: Thanks for your reply and it was as you said just one wire. I mixed it up with one of her sisters when I posted its a 4200. Had to educate myself on how the system works and I had trouble finding it, I'm slow. The wiring is a bit different than the Fords I have worked on some but nothing sick about this one now.
