I have an 07 9400i that none of the sleeper controls work. The radio volume control doesn't work, nor does the fan control. Any ideas as to the problems? I removed the seat and only saw the one blower motor under there. I cleaned out the rubber drainage tubes under the truck. Thank you for whomever posted that before. Mine were NASTY.
Thanks for the help.

Check the fuse to that control panel as most likely no good. I had same problem in my 02 freightliner and I took the the panel off (where controls are) and there was a big square black fuse there, replaced it and everything worked good.

The harness between the main radio and bunk controls are separate from the fan controls. Pull off the bunk control panel and see if anything has come apart. Also see if there are any signs of water leaking down onto the panel. The sleeper blower is by itself in the b-pillar behind the passenger seat.

Ok, thread revival.
I'm having the same issue with the same truck. I pulled the blower, no power to the blower. I put a jumper and it spun on high speed as expected. I pulled the panel off the other day, no signs of water. Actually looked clean.
Relay?
fuse?
anyone know the location of those?
Thanks,

Relays for the sleeper blower are in the left side cargo compartment.

I see fuses, don't see a relay

Ok. Fuses and relays replaced.. nothin

Is it just the blower that doesn't work or blower and radio controls that don't work? Do you have the automatic temperature control or manual knob? Looks like the radio controls are totally separate harness from the blower. The blower controls get there initial power from the "bunk aux blower" relay in the main breaker panel in front of the passenger seat. Power to the bunk controls also go through breaker F10-B (15amp). This sends power to the bunk blower speed switch in the bunk on wire 75AS, should be a 14 gauge green wire. See if you have power there with the key on.

Auto temp set.
radio controls work
Yup. Relay replaced, got power there.
I'm going to pull the sleeper panel off and run a power wire to the blower wires. Heck, thinkin of just throw in in a toggle switch just to have air. The cab ac just ain't enough to keep cool. -
Here's the panel
