Get a wrecked donor and transfer everything. Otherwise not worth it and it would be better to buy a different truck
Unless the 07 came with a D13 this is going to be very expensive and that's if someone would even want to attempt this. Now you should be able to do an ultrashift swap but like Dune-T pointed out you will need a complete donor truck to make this easier. Ultrashift came in D12 or ISX so depending on wich motor the 07 has.
ultra shift would be best but this is not anything small to take on, unless you have extreme sentimental value to the truck it is not worth doing. prob est. cost to do properly easy 10-15k with all things that need to be changed and programmed. so best way is a donor truck.
