Details are slim. But it's located at home. Pics show very nice shape. Used to be a DSV (formerly Sammons) truck.

    D13 485

Needs a trans. Don't know if it's missing or broke down.

Price is cheap but don't know of it's cheap enough to be worth looking in to.

I know. I know. Not enough details. Need to know all the variables. Guy isn't listing much so that's probably a red flag right there. But it's located at home. Might be something. Might be nothing.

D13 came online in the US 2008 model with the introduction of the Infamous DPF.

So the 07 would be a d12. With little to no information Hard pass unless you want to go broke.

He's got it listed as an 07. And does include a pic of the vin label with a bit of paint color that matches the truck pics. The label has the vin and states D13 485 16.

He doesn't have the manufacture date included on the label pic though.

The trans on the label is
    MO-16Z12A-A,ZF MERIT
    LV07009820

    Google shows it as manual.

Why you just don't contact him and ask details? How you going to invest into something like this with little or no information?
When I've been in same situation, I bought airline ticket for $60 for the flight that is in 2 hours and flew out.

    tommymonza Thanks this.

So it is worth just $15k, trans bad, can't drive it to get fixed, so all of it has to be taken in account.

    $15k is above scrap value.

The five letters "MERIT" indicate a automated transmission from ZF sold through Meritor in the US.
I had a chance to drive some of those Volvos. The way that transmission shifts/operates is the very reason why most of the drivers hate AMT's.
This kind of shift patterns weren't successful in Europe either and discontinued by many manufacturers.
I wasn't happy with it and would never be.

Might want to brush up on your reading skills.
OP stated it is a manual not a AMT.

"Google shows" and transmission type says "ZF MERIT".
