09 389 Pete with a cummins isx

    Hi y'all , I have a cummins isx in a 09 Pete , and I'm need more hp . Looking to get around 565 or 600 ,
    Is
    there is anyone on here that could help me with a cal file for insite?? Thanks

    Well pdi diesel would be my choice. I drive one last year with pdi tune and it didn't even sound like an isx. And it pulled well bobtailing anyway

    What do you have for hp now? I have a 2010 388 with the 550. Whited peterbilt of maine turned it up 600 with the 2050 torque setting. Totally different animal. I pull with my brothers c16 no problem now.

    Lol, a old dog!! A old slow dog!! It's has 485 , and I pull a bull rack !! So it's not gonna work for me!!
    Cummins dealer will put it up to 500 max, so I'm looking for a cal file for insite .

    Been kinda researching the power upgrades and www.dieselspec.ca/ has a very wide assortment of hard parts and tunes for isx. Very reasonable prices too

    bringthenoise is there a way you could get me the av code you used with the 2050 torque setting??

    Can you list the engine s/n and the Cpl, both are on the label on the valve cover. some engines require iron up grades with more HP, such as oil cooler, scissor gear etc, the Cpl will guide you to what power options are available for it.
