09 prostar fan running constantly after new A/C

Got A/C compressor and dryer replaced today on 09 prostar. On the way home, the fan ran the whole time while A/C was on. When you cut the A/C off, the fan cuts off. And when idling, the fan comes on every few seconds. I checked all plugs and everything is plugged up. A/C clutch is coming on also. Also the A/C is colder, but its not cold like it should be, just cooler. Of course the fan didn't come on like that before the compressor was replaced, the fan hardly ever came on. Everything was fine until A/C was replaced today. Never had a truck where the fan ran the whole time while A/C is on. Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

 

That's one of the things my cousin told me tonight too. Of course the shop was closing when I left. Thanks for some info.
