Lets weight the prIs and cons

I'm not entirely sure what type of info you're looking for? Maybe be more specific or precise
Yes, some get paid CPM and others percentage.KB3MMX Thanks this. -
Here in asking what are the pros and cons of both , my company is switching from 25% to mileage, just wanted some experiences shared
-
rabbiporkchop and lots of character Thank this.

% of load means no D/H pay. % is better (IMO) as long as D/H is minimal and you know the rate. Problem can be co's that don't tell you the rate, or, make up a phoney rate. Proper way is to show you a copy of the freight bill.
rabbiporkchop Thanks this. -
Would I be correct in saying you work for Moore??
-
Percentage is best in car hauling. Really depends on how well the freight is paying. I'm by the hour and only drive around 1200 miles a week. Hauling cars, most of your time is loading and unloading if your local/regional like me. Should average $25-30+ per hour working 50 a week.

Yes i do work for Moore transport, i just wanted the input from other drivers, as every knows not all freight pays the same , and some fright pays over flow rates, im guessing it really all evens out at the end
-
That's cool. Hope it works out for you.

Ziggy do you mind if I ask how you pay your drivers? Just curious as going to mileage pay seems to be an Auto Haulers America Association idea for better or worse.
