Possibly, but really there are only 1 or 2 companies that have the equipment to move something like this.

    NCSG
    Mammoet
Possibly another I can't think of off the top of my head

Vampire, Magoo1968, TheLoadOut and 5 others Thank this.

I wonder how much of an issue it is for everyone to stay in time with the others?
1/4 MPH slower or faster will affect the others.

Coming to a stop... everyone has to get off the fuel at once?
Hard on trannys being out of time etc?
I wonder if its really an issue in a situation like that?

Yeah, I'm thinking it's pretty difficult to be perfectly insync. I bet there are moments where guys are swearing at each other lol

Worked with a guy who did the multi truck loads. I actually asked him specifically about this. Said you just shift whenever you need to. No need to coordinate other than stopping and starting.

Premay, LaPrairie, Sarens. I've seen a few ALE Roll-Lift C5's moving OSOW stuff as well. I still see the odd Entrec truck around Edmonton but I thought they went under a while back.

I was told this morning they have 4 more of those vessels to move. I do 200 -300 ton push pull stuff (crawler cranes) and it’s painfully boring if you’re not the guy steering.

Oxbow, FerrissWheel, cke and 7 others Thank this.

Is that just in western Canada? I can think of quite a few others in the states.
