In Chicago IL but I don't have a problem with moving somewhere nicer with better climate.

 

Better climate often means less money.
There should be plenty of good paying jobs out near Chicago

 

Any reputable LTL carrier near Chicago will pay 50+cpm with full benefits, I'd recommend checking them out. Maybe someone will take a chance on you.

I make a dollar a mile and it's not bad... To the driver though.

 

Yesterday I seen a job in Chicago that paid .71cpm plus $30 stop pay... They're out there. I turned down a job Sunday that paid $.57
