When Amazon US first announced the delivery program I thought about doing this in the USA. Amazon sold you the Tam vans painted and equipped. You had to sign up for a minimum of 3 units. They had uniforms, all the software, etc. According to the info you could make good money. Some people were buying up multiple locations. I understand the program has changed. The Canadian program is more like Uber
There are numerous reviews online. Most complain that it is impossible to make any real dollars. Amazon freight hauling is different. In the US one can pick your loads from their load board. I looked at a few loads and from my "not an o/o position" they looked good. How do they handle this in Canada? In the US I see a lot of power only units.

How they handle it in Canada is ###-backwards as usual. This country is at least 5 years behind in progress compared to the great USA and the rules and laws are out of touch with modern industry. You won't make any money here cause it's a #### crapshoot ####-show communist finger-bang ####-o-rama.

Especially in BC, where trucking is going backwards. Instead of progress it's regress. Instead of focusing on improving the roads and building service stations, they finger-bang each other at the local Husky bathroom. The trucks are falling apart, pay is same as the 90's. Zero innovation, just more cameras in the cab to snatch motion of drivers scratching their balls. That's the only progress I guess, now they got you all on camera crying at the wheel. Idiots for letting them do that do you, take away your industry like that, let them dictate the terms. Fools.

Canada is a great country but sometimes we just cannot do things properly. Road building, rest areas. antiquated regulations and the handling of Covid is as bad as Brazil
To make things worse we will probably be stuck with Trudeau.
