A word to the wise... The fastest way to lose a good thing is to let some one know that you have it, as the saying goes, loose lips sink ships.

 

I should have done a better job of getting the point acrossed, I wasn't referring to someone stealing the machine from your trailer, I was trying to let you know that anytime you get a good load, or a line on a good load, you should keep that information to yourself, now any one who has seen your post will be hitting on your customer, and the rate will plummet, also to be considered, any time a company thinks that you were given a good deal by them, (by seeing this post), the rate plummets, or some customers, and probably me included, would be offended that a private transaction between you and me, was publicly displayed for all to see, and the freight might dissappear, as well as the relationship with the customer. When I first saw your post, the picture, and then the comment at the bottom of the post, my first thought was "oh no". I have seen this so many times through the years, drivers talking at the docks, drivers talking and boasting on the CB. This is what I was talking about, I was not trying to offend you, just let you know that indeed loose lips sink ships.
