I have a 2022 Cascadia, and am running a Galaxy hp40w. I am using a 4' firestick ll, but getting poor reception. I have been reading on the forums and have decided on the Predator 10k 27. My question is it worth running a pair? I am going to bond the doors to the body.

0 10k's.....Wrong antenna for what you want...
Great antenna for the classic style truck but not on a low mounted mirror areo truck..Such a long shaft and wind drag of the coil makes it hard on the bracket and stud, keep in mind the sticky finger crew will have easy access..No point in spending $200 on a cpl ant then more on stronger studs n brackets when a longer version(6 or 7ft long skip shooter or firestick)will really get you where ya wanna be,besides your radio assumeing its at most been peaked n tune doesnt put out the big power a 10k is designed..I have packed away my 10ks..
Bonding will be a big issue, workin on that myself..
Look me up on youtube i did a basic vid on this very subject today..
K0bg.com on some info about bonding..
Bbi on youtube has done some hands on stuff about the straps and shows how he bonded his suv which will help
Lotsa threads here to re an antenna set up on a plascadia..

Thanks for the info, i had been considering a 7ft Skipshooter. But i have seen a few reviews stating the Skipshooter broke from road speed. If i go with the Skipshooter my question still remains, is 2 better than 1? Also i will definitely check out those YouTube videos.

I'd do one single Skipshooter, as long as you dare

Go with 1 skip shooter and use a 2-3 ft piece of 3/4" pvc water pipe..Not the black heavy stuff though or copper..

    Toddalmighty65 Thanks this.

I see no reason to spend that kind of money for that antenna on that truck when the 74 mile freightliner Cascadia was using a cheap $26 dollar stainless steel whip.
