I guess I am missing something. If you do a lease with England they let you skip your training?
Just curious and you don't have to answer this question but did you join this forum before deciding on England?
-
recovery as in recover their trucks recovery?
-
no i am saying i have 1 week left of my phase 2 training then i am done with training all together if i decided to lease before my 60 day training period was up i would have to stay in that lease for 6 months and couldn't work for england as a company until i was finished with that 6 month lease

yes recovery and relief people who dont wanna lease anymore and just leave the trucks anywhere LOL and to drive o/o trucks while they go on vacation
-
My advice to you would be to never lease. Anybody can go buy a truck. When your lease goes bad, and it will, they will ban you from trucking by putting it on your DAC. Ever see the movie "Matrix"? This is the scene where you take either the red pill or the green pill. Good luck!

i have heard nightmare stories about cr england

my phase 1 trainer told me to stay away from leasing also -
i am just gonna be here long enough to get the experience i need in order to go local -
With recovery, you never know what type of broken down, trashed out, stinking, nasty, bed bug filled, truck you are likely to get. With CSA2010, you don't want to be getting into trucks that have been neglected, which most people that abandon a truck do.
Plus, you will probably have to ride with another driver to where the abandoned truck is.
