I got 4400 for it. I didn't make a lot last year, various issues. But 4400 is good enough to kill my last credit card. I take it as pay.

That’s what I was thinking, but in reality, as long as I show allowable spending that excess the amount spent, I’m good. Keeping in in the mix for now. So far, I’ve spent $1700, on 2 months Insurance and parking. Total cost for both, is $1800, so I’m good. That $10k 22’ Boat is calling my name, Lol. That’s one use for the money, I could live with, no problem. If it were possible. I’m hanging on to it, never know what’s eventually going to happen. I wouldn’t be surprised if they decide to wipe the books clean, a good argument might be made for freeing up sba, since enforcement will be next to impossible. All the Bancruptcies and fraud cases will be enormous. I think they might just try to avoid the whole reality of it all, and make it go away. Not counting on it, but won’t be surprised. Therefore, I’ll keep it for now at least.

That’s an interesting point. I know my bank was not recommending people take the full 100% of what they could get for the PPP. Thankfully I didn’t listen and got the full amount because they extended the time frame you could use it. If I’d only gotten 80% I’d be very unhappy with following my bankers advice right now.

So, like you said.. they may just say to hell with it and clear the books. I’m sure stranger things have happened.

Well, it looks like most of the EIDL receivers (takers of the loan) on this thread have cleared up, in their own minds, any obstacles that were giving them second thoughts about taking the loan.

As for me, I'm glad I returned the 85k dollars and haven't look back.

I am looking forward to round 2 of the PPP grant again though ;-)

Can you apply for PUA and PPP at the same time, and use both at the same time?

Not supposed to, the PPP is supposed to keep people off PUA. But since they extended the time to use PPP, ( mostly due to employers not being able to get employees back, because they’re getting PUA). Once the PUA is done. July 27th. The PPP can be used. That’s my plan anyways. So I believe you can apply, but not use both at the same time.
