4. post out truck when all the other trucks are all used up
5. you do the quoting, it's your business you are running the load, nobody tell you what you are gona run the load for
6. never accept what the broker say's the miles are "you" run them
7. don't waste time arguing with those that choke on your rate
8. get your fees for detention, layover TONU, stop pay "all" written on rate confirmation
9. check the rate confirmation esp delivery "date" and time

Thou shalt wait for the Dock lock to be released also along with Removing Chocks.
Thou shall tell Dispatcher I can ONLY RUN 65 MPH when they want load in Chicago from LA in 30 hours SOLO. Better yet ask them were the C-5 is for the Cargo Flight.

When hauling machinery thou shalt make sureth the machinery willest fit below bridges.
Couple years back on 19-23 in NC near Weaverville a driver had a back hoe on truck but did not lower back hoe arm all the way so hit a bridge and ran off the road flipping over. -
