I have an 2010 International Prostar. It’s a 10 speed with 3.21 rears. Any ideas on if I could go to a 13 speed with the same rears or would I have to change it?

You need to know Final ratio for each trans and do the math. I think my 13 is .73 in top gear. Someone will know may need exact serial or model #s

You'll have to shorten the driveshaft too. I'll venture a guess and say your 10 has a .73 od so you'll be the same in top gear
