Most people can probably come up with 10 reasons for "wanting" to be a truck driver. The problem is that once they begin driving, they often realize that their 10 reasons don't work out. I have been researching this for over a year and I am finally going to give it a shot. I have just one good reason for doing this.
1. I have wanted to for a long time and will regret it if I never try.
I may decide that it isn't for me, but at lest I will not be living with the regret and wondering "what if".Big Don, Hedon, elusive1 and 1 other person Thank this. -

1. I enjoy abusive relationships
2. Not enough self-esteem to be a male prostitute
3. I believe paying bills happens to other people
4. My recruiter told me I could make $100,000 my first year
5. I never really liked seeing my family anyway
6. I don't think I do enough to support the states through taxes alone, so I decided to also pay outrageous fines for trying to do my job.
7. I believe my company will help me out
8. I'm too lazy to serve as a crash test dummy, and too dumb to be a human guinea pig
9. Because my school told me that there were plenty of jobs available
10. And finally...CAUSE TRUCKERS MAKE ALL THE GOOD MONEY WITH MINIMAL WORK!!
Can ya feel the sarcasm?
