My old 84 year old daddy had one of those big, ol' benign tumors too. Had it removed about 15 years ago. It slowed him down...............for a minute or two. What's he done since? Well, he traveled nationwide giving seminars to families with family members who have Bipolar Disorder. He keeps a year round veggie garden (we're still getting broccoli and cabbage), goes to the gym 3 times a week, church 3 times a week, mows his own lawn, and...graduated from a "real" 4-year university 2 months after his 83rd birthday. So, that should be enough! Nope, he's back in school! Must be something about North Carolina, he was born in Asheville.
Focus on the good and what the possibilities are....why not, huh?18Wheels&DozenRoses and SeaPea Thank this. -
Amanda,
I am so happy to hear you made it through that trial in your life! We don't always know why we are pulled in certain directions, but not everything in life makes sense. I am glad that you are chasing the things you want in life, and truly hope that it becomes all you have hoped for.
