They finially put up a web site. They are currently located in Lakeland,MN but plan on moving to a different facility in Hudson,WI in Sept.
I leased my truck to them last month, They have plenty of freight with regular customers. Mostly drop and hook but some dock time. Good people. They've definately lived up to what I was told. They were great about getting the things fixed that were found wrong on the truck before sending me out and recently gave me an advance for a turbo replacement without question.
They do like to run you hard [usually 11 hours per day] but treat you fair.
I've been with them for under a month.

Thanks for replying. I was just in Salt Lake City picking up my truck and saw two 101 Transport trucks (bobtailed), but they were on the move (my first time seeing anything about 101 on the road).
The people there seem really genuine, but me being me (as well as knowing recruiters) started wondering if it was a front of some kind.
Are you a company driver or an O/O?
Thanks again. -
So I've decided I am going to finally sign on as an O/O for 101 Transport and I'll do my best to keep everyone informed on what my experience with them is like.
What I can say so far is that, EVERYONE at 101 Transport has been extremely nice, helpful as well as respectful. I should've signed on with them to begin with instead of a monster company, but everything happens for a reason and it's turning out to be OK for now.
My application process was extremely fast and we all busted our butts to make sure the necessary paperwork was filled out and where it needed to be. I'm currently waiting on my plates, permits, and decals to come in (they were sent overnight so I should receive them today) and 101 Transport is waiting for a DOT drug screen to come back to them (I'm not even sweating that...lol). Once all that is taken care of, I'll be rolling again.
One thing is for certain, I'm looking forward to running paper logs again and going back to cell phone dispatch, but we'll see.
Like I said, I'll do my best to keep the info flowing just in case anyone else is interested in signing on to 101 Transport.
Peace. -
psychocreep looking foward to your update..looking at signingon with 101 myself

Sorry for not gettin' back sooner. I was leased to 101 with my own truck. Still the best place I've been. Lots of freight, easy to work with as long as you keep them informed of HOS and needed time off. I'm no longer there for other reasons [bank issues]
Give them a call!!!
They are now in Hudson,WI -
Had dealings with 1 of there drivers yesterday morning at the T.A in Parowan Utah. It was snowing pretty good the night before, so the T.A. was packed. I was parked in a normal angled parking place. When I looked out at midnight, him and 8 other rigs were parked in 2 rows of 4 trucks in front of us where we would have to pull out from in the morning. I thought "great", gonna make for a fun morning beating on windows asking them to move so we can get out.
Wake up at about 0430 and the snow had stopped. Called DOT and the road is opened. About 0530 he wakes up (transport 101 driver). He's parked nose to nose with a Gordon truck. He try's to back up but his drives are just spinning, also I notice his tandems are froze up from the cold, they ain't moveing.
He doesn't get out once to check, he try's to jerk it, nothing happens, moves about a foot. Try's to go forward then back again, nothing. At 1 point he's got the drives spinning forward for 5 minutes ( the Gordon truck is 2-3 feet in front of him. Nothing, just spinning. Not once did he get out to check.
Sit on my bunk and eat something. Look out again too see his progess and he's wedged his right side trailer corner against the Swifts Trailer parked next to him. Now he's blocked these 8 guy's in. I finally see him get out and look, then he go's into the store.
He comes back and I get out and ask him the situation, told him I was hopeing to get rolling. He said he'd called a wreaker and started smirking as he told me Tuff !@##, I wasn't going anywhere for hours. I suggested he ask the Gordon driver to back up cause he'd get more traction going forward, he made a comment that I was an Idiot. I then told him his tandems were frozen, same comment. Then he told me, what's my hurry ? The roads closed, told him, no it's opened, he calls me me F#$% head as he climbs in his truck. (Truth be told I responded "F you A#$ Face.
I'm guessing his boss asked if he'd chained up, cause a half hour later he's laying chains over his rear drive's
Well finally it's getting light and I gotta drop in Mira Loma. I take a shot at it and with him parked in front me I can't quite get by the Werner truck parked on my left. I can see A@# Face in his mirror laughing at me. I ain't done yet, I back up and kick the front the of my trailer 2-3 feet more to the right. Try it again and get by the Werner truck by 6-12 inchs. "VICTORY" I guess misery loves company cause he sure looked depressed that my day wasn't ruined as I drove by him.
Guess nobody told him about G.O.A.LThe Snowman Thanks this. -
What a dummy, I hope the tool has to pay for the tow truck out of his pocket. I would fell bad for him if he just tried a little not to make matters worse, and not rude to his fellow drivers.

The Snowman Thanks this.

I would pass on this Company unless you are totally desperate and need a short time job.
