ok I'm curious !!! I pull into a flying j to the fuel island in ok. I look over and see a quest trk. with 2 102" whips on the mirror mounts. looks strange but whatever. I go over and talk to the driver he runs team with his wife.he tells me runs a connex 4600 turbo I think it is. the one with the two pills in it. anyway he tells me he talked to a driver who was in Minnesota while he was in Georgia.he tells me it was like they were parked right next to each other. my question is does that distance sound reasonable with that type of setup ??? and does anyone know how many watts could you run with a single 102" or even 2 102" whips.I have no idea and I'm curious.thanks for any info.

Can handle as much watts as your coax can handle 10,000 plus no problem with a 102 whip.

102 in whip on a mirror mount will trip the over-height lasers in the weigh stations too.

2 102" whips are a lil over kill and i think he is full of it..I guess he goes where there are no low over passes,no height lazers and enjoys the view and sounds of the whips slappin other trucks goin the other way and his roof..Just wayyyyyyy to much flex...
