Unfortunately, those changes require a different set of genes than I was born with. Severe kyphosis runs in the family. Attempting to pull on a pallet jack or carry anything even moderately heavy doesn’t cause immediate pain, so I end up doing stuff that I know I’m gonna pay for in the next day or two.

Probably should have been in a back brace when I was a kid but it’s too late for that now.
