    Its not about expensive its about the headache that comes with all those things. I currently run a cdl car hauler and can't really do local work cause if the clock runs out within 100 miles of my home I have no where to park over night. That means I have to run OTR. Even local work will mean crossing state lines. Plenty of local work that's a little over 150 air miles.

    100 miles out there's decent stops in any direction except Long Island. It's really 50 or less that it starts to get dicey. Very familiar with NYC tri-state area and lived over there for 6 years (which cured me of that probably forever.)
