It may not be for fan control. Detroits do have the ability to control the fan themselves.

I tried with peterbilt, both part numbers they said didnt show anything. They say they cant look up detroit parts on their system and my best bet should be Wajax. All they can come up with is the one on the far left.

    spsauerland Thanks this.

The 05-13721-215 supercedes to a Paccar p/n 8039019P. It is a 215 Deg switch for warning on temp.

Looks like ECM controls fan clutch solenoid on your truck. Attached wiring diagram. Parts guys at Peterbilt here Detroit and just say "can't do it", but I Pulled this all from your vin on Pete ECAT. Hope this helps.

Thanks alot spauerland. I will go to peterbilt tomorrow and get them. How would i be able to get sign up and get access to ECAT? That seems very helpful.

That's funny, he can't look up Detroit parts, but the only one he can find is the Detroit one? Both of the ones you need are Peterbilt number's, a Pete dealer is the best place to get the correct ones. Looks like spsauerland found the correct numbers for you though.

    jamespmack and Peterbiltt Thank this.
