You got it! When I put it in, there was a DDEC3 available for about $1,500 more. But it would have cost a lot more to convert the truck to work with a 3, so I went with the 450 hp 2. They couldn't get it to run in my truck, so they switched ecm to my 500 hp tune. I love it!

Do you monitor your egts? Going to be getting mine tuned to 500 here soon. Currently at 425. The highest I see on my pyro is 825 on a warm windy day pulling hard, don’t know anyone else running ddec 2s so don’t know what’s normal to see for 500.

I don't have a pyro. I need to get one and hook it up

Hey all, just a little update for anyone in the future having this problem. Thanks everyone for the input. Both of my rigs are ddec 2s as well. Anyway, ended up being the fuel pump. I had a tiny pin hole in the line going from the water separator to the pump. Tried blowing air into it and didn’t leak but I tried sucking air and that’s when I found it. Disappointed it ruined my pump but think it was getting weak anyway. Thanks again for the help!

Thanks to you for coming back and letting everyone know what the problem was. Too many people get the truck going and never take the time to give a update. This will surely help someone at sometime.
