Yes it does all around. I also noticed that my fuel pressure gauge on the dash used to bounce around a lot under load and now it reads steady at whatever psi the pump is making. I honestly couldn't be happier with changing them out.

Funny you say that because I had a fuel pressure qauge on mine for a while trying to figure this issue out and it bounces around quite a bit too.
Good pressure but neddle bounces bad when truck acts up . Fairly smooth at lower throttle positions thou.
Thanks again for the info -

Looks like you and I are doing pretty similar setups. I had 5575 inj (went bad) so switching to 5915. Figured would swap the cam at the same time. So changing from 1681 to 4292 (looks like the same as 4912, but fits my bolt size). Still trying to figure out if anything needs tweaked with my jakes to accommodate for the new cam. Hopefully nothing, but no one seems to know...

Ya after reading this im going to do the same 4292 cam as well so i dont have to mess with the front cover bolt hole size. Id like to know on the jakes as well.

Well don't forget to post what yall find. I hope to add Jake's when I swap to this cam.
