Hello guys i am looking to buy a 12 foot fixed spread reefer and i was wondering if i could run with it in every us state with it, but i am unsure. Any help is appricated.

If it’s a fixed 12ft spread and the back axle is all the way to the rear then the quick answer is legally you can’t run it everywhere. My opinion is if you stay out of California you’ll probably be fine with it.

Make sure you get your permit for Florida if you go there, other than that probably just keep out of Cali and you shouldn’t get bothered.
