I have a 2014 freight liner cascadia and a dry van trailer. Its time to replace the glad handles and airlines. Currently it has 12ft long airlines but wondering if I should get new airlines that are same 12ft or change to 15ft.

A picture would help. Do you slide your 5th wheel much? The Cascadia lines are ridiclously long and not well tended from the factory

Get the 15’ coiled ones. I got the 12’ straight ones and it took some time to get them attached just right so I can make 90 degree turns either way. I had to buy extra spring holders to set it up with one long double spring and a short spring. So it doesn’t touch the catwalk.

Id get the 15’ coiled ones next time.

Thank you for the info. Im really having hard time deciding... 15 would give me more flexibility but it would add more weight to the springs...

Add another tender. Biggest problem with long hoses is them getting caught on something low when you jacknife, then when you straighten up you tear them out
