It's called O pattern. My first road tractor was a 15 over O pattern.

 

Wow, you only have 4 gears on the top side not 5.

 

In a old thread i was arguing that it even exsisted. Had drivers tellin me, musta been some foreign truck, or it was from the 70's ect.. i even layed out a diagram of that patteren... kept hearing, "never seen one"..... dont know the "o" part, we just called it a box pattern. As your drawing a box.... either way. Year plus later... i win.

I wasn't a fan of the 15 per say but I loved that shift pattern, I wonder if you can order an 18 that way?
