Well, if you get fired for refusing a safety violation, it's a nice payout once you sue them for wrongful termination. In the meantime, since you still have a clean record, you can start a new job by the end of the week...

50. Montana is the only state that has any real limits on at-will, but the at will is allowed during a "probationary" period of typically 6 months. After the probationary period a person must be fired for cause.God prefers Diesels Thanks this.

Nope. CSA is for companies only. The driver does have a PSP report that lists wrecks and inspection violations though. The PSP is just a report of violations and has no numbers attached as a "score"
